We are looking for a temporary replacement for the Customer Marketing Manager during parental leave
Are you excited about growing in existing customer relationships – and motivated to work directly with retention, adoption, and expansion in B2B SaaS business?
Eduhouse is looking for an ambitious Customer Marketing Manager who will take responsibility for retaining and growing our existing customer base for a year while our current Customer Marketing Manager is on parental leave.
You will work closely with both the customer success and marketing teams to ensure that customers experience continuous value and that growth potential is identified in a timely manner.
The marketing team is led globally by VP of Marketing, Sofie Klintrup Hansen. The team consists of three people in Denmark and three in Finland, who work with digital marketing, branding, webinars, and other areas. The working language is English, so excellent English language skills are essential.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Planning and implementing lifecycle programmes for existing customers.
Developing trigger-based retention and expansion campaigns.
Building customer communications for decision-makers.
Deepening customer relationships through webinars, customer events and conferences;
Analysing churn drivers and adoption figures.
Providing data-driven insights for the product, sales and management teams.

To fulfill our team
You have at least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
You have worked in lifecycle, retention, or customer growth roles.
You think about customer lifecycle value, activation, and upselling opportunities.
You are analytical and enjoy working with data.
You enjoy working with CS, sales, and marketing.
You work in a structured manner and know how to build scalable programs.
You are fluent in both Finnish and English. Although your manager and team work in English, your customers are Finnish-speaking.
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and account data is an advantage.

This is a one-year fixed-term position to replace a parental leave, starting at the beginning of June 2026 and ending at the end of June 2027. We operate a flexible working hours policy and a hybrid working model. So, whether you prefer working in the office or from home, you can choose where you work.
